The owner and her daughters were very helpful and offered great hospitality. They assisted us when we were having trouble with our ATM card and even accompanied us to make a phone call. One of the daughters spoke excellent English, making communication easy and efficient.
The rooms were small and basic, which may not suit those looking for more luxurious accommodations. the Wi-Fi only worked on the ground floor, causing inconvenience staying on higher floors.

I recently stayed at Rooms Kisic for a short trip and it was perfect. The location couldn't be any better, right in the middle of the old town and just a 5-minute walk from everything. Despite being in the center, the room was quiet and I had a great sleep. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. The room was basic but clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a stove. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views over the old town.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
